Class Lesson My Project What was easy? It was easy to take the pictures and piece the components together. What was difficult? It was difficult to add shadows angled similar to the light source and remove the background from the car due to the open windows. What do you like about your image? I like how the image is comedic with the tough background but lighthearted car. What would you change? I would add texture to car to make it match the tone of the other components.

  1. What do you like about your image? - It highlights the round and smooth edges of the headphones through the composition of various angles of light. 2.  Image #1: Monochromatic Image #2: Warm Color Image #3: Cool Color Image #4: Neutral Color Image #5: Thematic 1. What was your favorite image and why? - My favorite image was the "warm color" still life. This is because I feel that it represents fall through the colors(the black background makes the red and orange stand out). 2. How is the lighting in your favorite image? - The lighting in the image is direct? 3. What worked well while photographing? - Most direct lighting helped highlight the subject in comparison to the multitude of shadows produced by diffused lighting. Manually adjusting the focus prior to allowing the camera to automatically focus also helped us visualize the end product while working, allowing us to decide on the necessary zoom and lighting(it also helped the automated focus to fixate on the subject and not the background, thus altering the depth of field). 4. What would you have done differently? - Next time, I would experiment with different backdrops...
